- Good Project
I teach at a medical high school and used this project with my algebra class. It was well done and the different activities progressed very nicely. I will definitely be using this in future years. One thing I would like to clarify is that the formula states that it is for the BMR, which is not exactly true. There is a different formula to find the BMR. The formula given here is for the RMR. This difference in no way takes away from the value of the project, and actually led to a really good discussion about the difference.
