Pay What You Can (Seriously)

We believe that Mathalicious has the potential to transform what it means to teach & learn math, and we are committed to making our lessons available to every teacher who wants them.

We realize that money can get in the way of this, so we’re going to experiment with something: pay what you can. If you value Mathalicious and can pay the suggested $20/month, we hope you will. But if that’s too much, pick a price that works for you. Every plan is exactly the same. The only difference is how much you choose to pay.

We’re a small company, and this is risky for us. Some people think we’re crazy. They might be right. But this is the world we want to live in, so let’s give it a shot.

What You Get:

  • Access to the growing suite of Mathalicious lessons
  • Students who are psyched to learn math
  • A school day that’s more productive, and even more fun
  • Payments are recurring, but you can cancel anytime
  • Help change how math is taught & how business is run

Teacher FAQs

The lessons look good, but how can I be sure?

We offer a number of free lessons at each grade level. This should give you a chance to try out Mathalicious and see if it works for you & your students. Just look for the ones without the lock icon.

How long will you do this whole “pay what you can” thing?

We started Mathalicious for one reason: to support teachers. Like everyone, we’ve got bills to pay, and 100% of our money comes from subscriptions. But we’ll keep this going as long as we can.

Can I change my plan later?

You bet. You can change your membership plan at any time. If you’re not using Mathalicious as often as you expected, you can choose a cheaper option. If you use it a lot, value the service and want to pay more, you can do that, too.

I’m an admin in another galaxy. Can we subscribe, too?

First, huge props on learning humanoid English. Second, we’re currently translating all Mathalicious lessons into Nebulin and Zorkon-314, and expect to be done in Stardate 1618.034. (Of course, we Earthlings operate in linear time-space. If you have a more transcendent understanding of “time” and do not distinguish between past, present & future, then yes, you can subscribe right now, whenever that is.)
